This privacy policy sets out how Hallmark Photography uses and protects any information that you may give us when you visit our website, make an enquiry or booking(either through our website, via email, visit us in person or by telephone).

Hallmark Photography is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  Should we ask you to provide information by which you can be identified when using our website or on the telephone, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

From time to time, we may make changes to this policy by updating the information on this page. The current policy is effective from May 2018.

Keeping your information

Due to the nature of our business, we keep personal details such as names/addresses/ email addresses and personal information on our secure database.  This data will be kept on our secure database for marketing purposes until we are made aware that you no longer wish to hear from us.  Image files produced by Hallmark Photography do not contain specific personal details and cannot be identified to a specific person or persons.  In addition, access is restricted to these files by secure password and secure servers – both of which can only be accessed by members of staff.
